Feature directorial debut by actress Aina Clotet, co-written with Valentina Viso and starring Clotet herself alongside Naby Dakhli and Marc Soler.
The film is a contemporary tragicomedy that explores desire, relationships and the fear of death through the experience of a woman who, after overcoming breast cancer, feels an overwhelming need to live life to the fullest.
Set in a near-future Barcelona affected by extreme drought, the story follows Nora, a woman in her early forties torn between the stability of her relationship with Tom and the arrival of Max, a younger man who awakens in her a new desire for freedom and leads her to question the foundations on which she has built her life.
The film had its world premiere at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival’s Critics’ Week, where Aina Clotet received the Fondation Louis Roederer Revelation Prize.
